Pupil Information Form

School staff will soon be working on recommendations for class placements for the 2017–2018 school year. The teachers and principal at each school will be working collaboratively to create balanced classes and also matching teachers’ teaching styles to students’ learning styles. If you would like to communicate something about your student’s specific interests or needs, please complete and submit the Pupil Information Form to your student’s school. The form is due Friday, May 5, 2017 in the school’s office.
