Special Care Assistant, Vangie Theiz, makes learning fun for her
students at Park Dale Lane. |
Dear Parents:
It is hard to believe that another school year has come to a close and we are
already actively preparing for the 19992000 school year! We have experienced many
successes during this past year at all of our schools. This edition of The Envoy is
dedicated to all the stakeholders of our district that have contributed greatly to help
children learn and reach for the stars. As I reflect on the powerful learning experiences
we are dedicated to providing for our children, I am struck by the following reflections
of a youthful grandmother on what she learned in her first ninety-two years of life. She
wrote:
Louise Hart stated "the best thing
to spend on your
children is your time." |

your time." I encourage you to invest time this summer in new and continued learning
experiences for you and your children.
