First day of school

Bethany, 5, center, meets her new kindergarten teacher, Karri Roberts,
Wednesday morning, the first day of school at Ocean Knoll Elementary
School in Encinitas. She is holding hands with her father, Stu, and is
with her sister Sarah, 7, who is starting second grade at the school.
Sarah also had Roberts as her kindergarten teacher.
