ENCINITAS -- Four Encinitas schools were recognized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce for their outstanding educational programs. Hosted at the La Costa Resort & Spa, the Carlsbad Chamber Partners in Education Foundation honored the following teachers and programs:
