Pioneer provide their students with the learning environment and activities that enrich
their lives. He never says, "I can't" and always finds a way to solve a problem
or the answer to a question. He is organized and trouble-shoots for the entire staff. Paul continually goes above and
beyond standard expectations. His skills are superior and he accomplishes an astounding
amount of work. He is always extremely courteous under any circumstances. He truly puts
"Children First" and the staff, students, and parents at Olivenhain Pioneer feel
