Administrators of the Year named
2002-03

Congratulations to Conni Cintas, Certificated Administrator of the Year, and Malliga Tholandi, Classified Administrator of the Year.   

Employed with the District since 1988, Ms. Cintas came to Encinitas as a teacher at Capri School. Four years later, she moved to Ocean Knoll as a teacher. She has been the Coordinator for the North County Beginning Teacher Support & Assessment (BTSA) program and Consortium since 2001. Ms. Cintas is currently completing her doctorate degree at the University of La Verne. Congratulations Conni!

Malliga Tholandi, controller for the Encinitas Union School District, has been with the district since 2000. Ms. Tholandi is well respected and is recognized by her peers as a problem solver and team player. Congratulations Malliga!

The Encinitas Union School District is a much better place because of the commitment and professional expertise of both Ms. Cintas and Ms. Tholandi. Congratulations to both!
