Room 406 is used primarily as our “activity room”. We call it the Jungle Room, because this is where we can get a little crazy! This is where students will be if not doing homework or if not playing outside.

Room 407 is the homework room. This room is open the entire afternoon for homework use and assistance from staff. Please note that not all homework needs to be completed during the designated “homework time”. It is common for students to stay inside for the majority of the day to work. Occasionally we will have an afternoon activity in this classroom.

Outside Play is always monitored by ASPIRE staff. ASPIRE is ready with playground balls, and other fun outdoor equipment. We play on the playground closest to the lunch tables.

Snack is given at the lunch tables. Students are provided one snack per day. ASPIRE often orders fresh snack such as carrots, fruit or string cheese, which is offered later in the day and would be considered a “second” snack. Feel free to pack an extra snack for students that may not be satisfied with what is provided.

Daily Activities will vary per day. We offer stations such as beading, card games and drawing on Monday and Friday. There will be a Game Day. Club Time is a staff and student favorite! Our line-staff plan activities that allow students to engage in activities they may not have known they had interest in before. Former popular clubs include: Garden Club, CSI, Building, Comic book, etc.
