Salary Schedules
The Encinitas Union School District offers competitive salaries to all employee groups. Teacher salaries are driven by a twenty-year earning power study which compares EUSD teacher salaries against the forty-one other school districts in San Diego County. As a result, EUSD teacher salaries are maintained at the 75th percentile in the county. Classified employee salaries are reviewed and compared to ten comparable school districts in north San Diego County. Administrative salaries are based on comparisons found in the SABRE reports, Hoover Studies through the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) and studies conducted by School Services of California (SSC).
