SUB LIAISON WORKERS' COMP CLERK

DEFINITION:

Under supervision, manages automated substitute calling system for substitute teacher consortium. Performs all clerical tasks for Workers' Compensation claims. Processes US and district mail. Assists with personnel office tasks and other related work as assigned.

DUTIES:

Performs a wide variety of clerical tasks associated with calling substitutes and processing Workers' Compensation claims, including telephone work, typing, checking, proofreading, filing, recording information on records, maintaining records; operating office machines. May input data into computer regarding attendance, substitute usage, student attendance and other areas when necessary. May assist with inservice training for substitute teachers.
