
DEFINITION:
Under direction of the Superintendent or his designee, performs custodial work while supervising the day to day operation of the operations department; schedules custodian personnel; coordinates emergency, routine and substitute custodial tasks; purchases, stocks and evaluates custodial inventory, products and systems. Periodically evaluates products for recommendation of use or substitution of products; interviews, trains new custodial personnel and assists in the evaluation of said personnel; performs monthly inspection of all school sites; meets with site administrators on a weekly basis; performs other duties related work as assigned.
