El Camino Creek School will be known as an exploratorium for learning, where students become innovative problem solvers who are respected for their community service. Staff and parents will be dedicated to building future citizens and leaders. A pervasive culture of helping, service, and empathy will exist and be modeled by everyone. The overall spirit of collaboration, support, and teamwork among teachers, parents, and community representatives will give rise to a life long love of learning in all students.

 Our state of the art facilities and clean, secure environment will cause students to take pride in their school. A balanced program providing instruction in the arts, sciences and physical education will produce well-rounded students.  Learning opportunities will foster curiosity, creativity and academic achievement through a standards based curriculum that promotes inquiry and discovery, and challenges students to rise to their highest potential.  The choices given to students will reflect a child-centered philosophy that respects individual learning styles and nurtures each student’s unique gifts and abilities through positive, non-threatening instruction. Children will clearly know what is expected of them and be rewarded for their efforts and accomplishments.

Our capable, committed parent population will work with staff and community members to bring to life a diverse array of programs, enrichment classes, and service learning projects.  They will be key to helping us reach our goals.
