Disclaimer: Because of the nature of services performed by many District employees, they do not or cannot access or respond to e-mail promptly or on a regular schedule. Electronic communication is not infallible, and computer or system errors can delay or completely prevent the receipt of, or response to, an e-mail. While we make every effort to respond to e-mails in a timely manner, it is not always possible to do so as quickly as with other forms of communication. The District does not accept e-mail messages as official notices or requests, and all such documents should be sent by U.S. Mail, overnight mail services, hand delivery or fax. Only once such hard copies are received by the District, shall we consider it official notice. The District only provides official notices or responses by hard copies of documents sent by one of the means described above. |
