The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.

The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life coverage for the employee. Employees have the option to enroll their dependents in a medical or dental plan.

When can I enroll in an American Fidelity plan?
Typically enrollment occurs in the month of November during the annual Open Enrollment period, with a beginning date of January 1st. However, you may enroll in a plan with post-tax deductions at any time during the year. New employees are eligible to begin deductions the month following their hire date.
