2017 – 2018 Back to School Packets Forms and Information


Welcome to the Encinitas Union School District Back-to-School Packet online information. Much of the information that formerly went home the first week of school in the annual Back-to-School Packets is now available only online. For those who do not have Internet access, other options available are your home school or any public library. If you need assistance, please contact your school’s office staff.

The Required Forms below are necessary for every student each school year. The Required Forms need to be read carefully, then the Mandatory Signature Sheet must be initialed and signed by the Parent and Student, and returned to your student’s school on the required date. The documents in the Important Parent Information column should be read carefully and then completed as appropriate by parent/guardian.
