Request for Qualifications/Proposals (“RFP”)
The Encinitas Union School District (“District”), a public agency, is seeking proposals from qualified Developers to enter into an agreement for an exchange of real property that will result in (a) the acquisition of an income-producing property by District with the potential for District use as administrative offices or other District use (the "Exchange Property"), and (b) the acquisition and development by the Developer of the 2.8 acre Pacific View School site (hereinafter referred to as "District Property" or "Development Site") within the Downtown Encinitas Specific Plan area.
At its July 10th, 2007 meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the complete RFP text and attachments. Proposals were due by October 1, 2007. The submittal period has elapsed and no further proposals will be accepted.
